    ports are automatically detected by the multiloader, your corby 2 phone (FRAPPE) will appear to a port in the multiloader once your USB port which connects your corby2 to your PC/laptop is successfully installed.

    turn of your phone by removing the battery. Then put back the battery. Now press Menu key + Volume Up key + Turn On key. After that connect your USB connector to your corby 2 then to your PC. then follow the step above. that should solve your problem.

    i never encountered such problem regarding my corby 2 phone before. did you try to redownload or repeat the process? or try removing first your phone's memory card and sim card and repeat the process.

    After I did all the steps, it says that the device driver software was not successfully installed. Help me what to do please. And after flashing my phone, the problem was not solved. It still stuck on the samsung logo.

    1. remove first the back cover.
    2. then use a small screw driver to unscrew the 3 screws.
    3. then that should let you remove the front cover.
    4. clean the keypad then.

    all i can say is that be patient man. after all its your gadget. when I downloaded that files for the first time when my phone is also having problems. I never deleted those files. and until now they're on my laptop in case that my phone got problems once again. i am sorry to say but there's no other way i think. its your choice whether you just buy a new phone or go to a repair phone shop.

    to easily see the port turn off your phone by removing the battery. Then put back the battery. Now press all hard keys + Turn On key. After that connect your USB connector to your corby 2 then to your PC.then a large icon of cellphone with arrow will appear in your phone and the port can be used now :)

    whenever I do the download mode (menu + vol up + on)..GT-S3850 starts then a green data like appears suddenly then my phone restart and then a blue borded together with a yellow line appears and it says, UPLOAD data to pc..even the multiloader cannot process my phone..it only says warning: security fails when I start to download the firmwares I inserted in the multiloader..what should I do..? thanks..!

    tingin ko po sa sim card naman nasisave ang messages. try mo din po muna insert yung simcard mo sa ibang phone para sure. Yung mga files naman kung may memory card ung phone mo dun mo nalang isave wag sa default memory ng corby 2 mo. para di mabura pag-format mo.

    you can check bro whether the samsung driver is properly installed by going to DEVICE MANAGER. If you find a question mark or exclamation point there while installing then you can restart your computer and reinstall the driver. by the way just google the USB DRIVER FOR SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE to download and install it.

    Bat ganun sir? may dalawa akong corby 2 ung isa sa GF ko. ung phone ko e nasira din nag unlimited boot sya pero naayos din naman dahil dito. now my problem is hindi na ma fix ung phone ng gf ko ung sira nya kase e naghahang na sa may samsung logo. Hmm ginawa ko na lahat ng nakalagay sa taas pati ung mga nasa comment nyo. Help me please?

    BIG PROBLEM!

    I do the volume up+menu+power button and then connect it to PC and it finds port but the port either disappear or gives port error.

    I have installed Kies too. HELP!

    More than a year na nakatambak yung Corby 2 ko. Habang naghahanap ako ng karayom sa cabinet, nakita ko na lang siya. Di ko na maalala ano sira. Akala ko di na nabubuksan so sinubukan ko buksan. Tapos nagrereset nang nagrereset pala.

    Isang quick google search lang pala ang solution sa Corby II problem ko. Salamat author. May extra phone na ako. :)
